SMS Text Messaging Program — How You Opt In

Legacy Investment Groups, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates an operational SMS text message program for the property owners we serve. This page explains how owners opt in to receive these messages and what to expect.

How You Opt In

Property owners opt in during onboarding by completing our new-property intake form and checking a required SMS consent box. The consent box states:

"I agree to receive text messages from Legacy Investment Groups, LLC about my property, including supply and operational alerts, at the phone number provided."

​

Directly beneath the checkbox, the form displays the following disclosures: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

What Messages You'll Receive

We send operational text alerts to property owners regarding cleaning and restocking supplies needed at their property. Messages are sent on a recurring, as-needed basis.

Cost

We do not charge for these messages, but message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan.

Opt-Out and Help

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.

Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used solely to deliver the operational alerts you have requested. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.
